Karl Tyler is a formally trained, award winning chef with over a decade of experience working within restaurant & hotel settings, including Michelin Star & Rosette rated establishments across the Midlands, Australia and New Zealand.
These experiences have helped to create his signature cooking style, which can best be described as British with a modern twist and global influences.
Although inspired by world flavours, Karl ensures his dishes are created using only the freshest local ingredients, all sourced from local suppliers whenever possible.
Chef Karl is passionate about preparing and serving extraordinary dishes; experimenting with seasonal produce and unique flavour profiles to create something truly special.
He's excited to share his culinary passion and expertise and is looking forward to creating fantastic seasonal menus for you to enjoy.
